My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was comfortable with a great bed and nice bathroom, but it was never cleaned, and I had to request clean towels multiple times. On the bright side, the location was ideal, close to restaurants, points of interest, and shopping. The service was a bit inconsistent; while some staff members were super friendly and helpful, others were rude, especially when dealing with requests related to third-party bookings. The dining options were good but lacked variety for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel; the room was just perfect for me and my 9-year-old granddaughter, spacious and comfortable. However, the size was smaller than expected and needed updating.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect for my preferences. The rooms were fabulous with two beds, a big bathroom, a small kitchen with utensils, plates, a nice big fridge, a small kitchen table, a nice living room with a sofa bed, and two TVs—one in the living room area and the other in the room. There was a nice closet with mirror doors and two large dressers. However, I was disappointed that the room was never cleaned nor were clean towels supplied despite repeated requests.

There was also a nice living room with a sofa bed and two TVs, one in the living room area and the other in the bedroom. The closet with mirror doors and two big dressers were convenient, but the room was slightly dark lit, and the sink was located outside the bathroom in the bedroom. The check-in process was a bit challenging.

The hotel was okay overall. The rooms, although clean, could use some updating and were located next to a loud elevator. The service was attentive but had some issues with billing. The location was accessible but slightly far from attractions. The dining experience was inconsistent. Facilities were standard.
